Written by Alice Woodland, Mooney River is a coming-of-age story following Rain Douglass as she struggles to fit into a town where she feels she doesn’t belong when she is suddenly drawn into chaos, unexpected friendships, and love to protect her town. 

I had the pleasure of working with Alice to create the cover, map and, chapter headings for Mooney River, along with the sequel Foxhead Bay, releasing late 2025.

After the initial release of Mooney River, we decided to implement a cover change to appeal to a wider audience. The original cover for Mooney River is featured below.
